Most orders are sent by airmail except some with brass or aluminum, I have to send them by sea-mail.

I special order all materials and many of the products are digital items so I don’t cancel orders after they are placed.  All sales are final.

If I have to cancel the sale because you order, pay, and then you want to cancel I won’t refund the Paypal fees which are usually 10% of the total order including shipping. Paypal doesn’t refund these fees to me and I can’t afford to have you order and then cancel thereby incurring the fees.

Russia Post has stopped all seamail temporarily. If you buy something I can’t mail it right now. If you insist I cancel the sale I will but refund your purchase price minus 10% Paypal fees which Paypal won’t refund to me.

Orders for Germany have a 1,500 yen charge for box recycling.
