Traditional, lacquer based kintsugi, fitting glass back together

These videos show fitting thick, beveled glass from the front of a grandfather clock back together with special glass lacquer. I had the glass flipped backward in the special holder I built and it took a couple of tries to get it in the right position. I have plastic wrap on the wood in the frame where the glass goes but since I had the glass flipped it won’t do the job I intended which was to block the mugiurushi from getting on the wood base. The camera cut out and I had to restart it which is why there are 2 videos of the same process.
