This is a live stream kingsugi done on Facebook which I have uploaded here too. I start with working with a glass bowl to figure out if I can get it back together. The next project is using glass lacquer to make mugiurushi to fit a milk glass plate back together. The last part is doing final preparation of practice silver and gold polishing pieces.
The next live workshop will be Tuesday, September 10th., 3:00 pm Japan time, Paris time = 8:00 am, September 10th., Los Angeles time = 11:00 pm, September 9th.

Traditional, lacquer based kintsugi, Step 6, first middle black lacquer
This video shows Step 6, first layer of middle black over a partially shaped and sanded seam. The lacquer doesn’t go on that easily mainly because I am holding the bowl so it is in the camera focal area and the angle of the brush is not great. See https://www.kintugi.com/?page_id=80
