This is what the bowls I broke a couple of weeks ago look like now.   Most of them are very fractured/broken. It is taking a long time to get them back together.  I think this is the aspect of kintsugi I like the most. If I couldn’t repair them with kintsugi they would have long ago ended up in the trash. As it is they will be a metaphor for something broken and repaired(relationship), stronger and more beautiful than before.

I recently had a box of bowls fall off a table in my studio.  I now have 7 new kintsugi projects. Some of them are very difficult repairs.
